Laurentec houses multiple press breaks, our Cincinnati Press Break being our largest, to handle a wide variety of plate sizes and gauges.

Cincinnati Press Break

With an overall die surface of 12’ and a tonnage capacity of 350 tons, we have the ability to break plates up to ¾" in thickness and 8’6" in length but can also break thicker plates in shorter distances.

The adjustable 10"’ stroke length, complete tonnage throughout the stroke and many forming speeds allows for quick and efficient processing of a variety of products.

With a repeatability of 0.001 along the entire length of the press brake, we are able to produce close-tolerance forming that allows for higher quality products as well as lower final assembly costs.

Hydraulic Plate Bending/Roll Machine

Our Roll Machine can roll up to 8’ wide with a thickness of 10 gauge up to 1".
